Registration

Registration is done on a first-come, first-served basis, with priority registration given to current Schick's Crossing families and members of Poplar Creek Church. Registration dates for the 2011-2012 school year are as follows:
Monday, January 30th, 2012 -- Priority registration begins for current Schick's Crossing families
Sunday, February 5th, 2012 -- Priority registration begins for Poplar Creek Church members
Saturday, February 11th, 2012 -- Open registration begins at Open House from 9:00 A.M.- 12:00 P.M.

Registration may be done throughout the school year if openings are available. Students must still meet the same age requirements as those students who began at the beginning of the term.

To register, please complete the forms available below. All students will need a physical examination form completed by a physician.

Registration fees are due upon registration and are non-refundable.
